Cancellation & Refund Policy – Khao Desi

At Khao Desi, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience for all our customers. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel an order or request a refund.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@khaodesi.in 


2. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed only if:

    • The order was cancelled before dispatch.

    • You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be made to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


3. No Returns on Food Products

  • Since we deal with perishable food items, we cannot accept returns once the product is delivered.

  • However, if you receive a wrong or damaged product, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.


4. Replacement Policy

  • In case of wrong or defective delivery, please share images of the product within 24 hours of delivery at support@khaodesi.in.

  • After verification, we will process a replacement or refund.
