At Khao Desi, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience for all our customers. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel an order or request a refund.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refunds
Refunds will be processed only if:
The order was cancelled before dispatch.
You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
Refunds (if approved) will be made to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
3. No Returns on Food Products
Since we deal with perishable food items, we cannot accept returns once the product is delivered.
However, if you receive a wrong or damaged product, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
4. Replacement Policy
In case of wrong or defective delivery, please share images of the product within 24 hours of delivery at support@khaodesi.in.
After verification, we will process a replacement or refund.
