We currently deliver across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.
Some remote areas may not be serviceable; in such cases, we will inform you promptly.

You can track your order status until delivery.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
If the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, it may be returned to us.
Re-shipping charges may apply for resending the order.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged package or missing items, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at support@khaodesi.in with proof (photos).
We will verify and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
