At Khao Desi, we aim to deliver your favorite desi flavors to your doorstep in a timely and reliable manner. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully.


1. Service Coverage

  • We currently deliver across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.

  • Some remote areas may not be serviceable; in such cases, we will inform you promptly.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


3. Delivery Time

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on your location:

    • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

    • Other Locations: 5–7 business days

  • Please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (weather, strikes, courier delays, etc.).


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Free shipping may be offered on certain promotions or minimum order values.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email/SMS.

  • You can track your order status until delivery.


6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times.

  • If the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, it may be returned to us.

  • Re-shipping charges may apply for resending the order.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged package or missing items, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at support@khaodesi.in with proof (photos).

  • We will verify and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
